MONDE ST 24 MODS

Hi Guys

I have a v plate mondeo st24 with a few mods induction kit stainless exhaust from cat back.
Is it possible to de cat the car without any problems as i think?? there are two pre cats on each manifold but not sure about emissions/mot etc.
Also is it worth chipping the car with bluefin or equivalent and a fse power boost valve anybody ant experience what kind of power gains????
