Focus issues

Couple of little probs with my Focus (Y reg 1.6 petrol, done about 60k miles)

- Seals around the front lights are worn out. Are these easy to replace?

- Creaks that I think are coming from the suspension. Esp round corners and roundabouts. Is this a normal occurance for a highish mileage Focus? Anything to worry about?

Hi

I've got an '03 Focus which is ok, however i had a '99 S Focus 1.6 which had the same problem, all i did was spray silicon spray on the bushes in front suspension (Mainily lower wishbones) every six months and everything was fine.
