Changing 2003 Fiesta Brake lights

Hi all, need some help.

Got a 2003 Fiesta and I’m struggling with changing the break lights. How do I do it? I've tried unscrewing the two screws that hold the lights on but the lights won't budge, I don’t want to pull them too hard. Anyone know how to do this?

just give them a good tug i expect they have grown rather attached to the body work in 3 years
