st24 servicing

Hi Guys got a 2000 v plate st24 just wondering what specthe oil should be as she is due a service is it 10/30 or 5/30 not sure or any other recommendations

I've got 5W/30 in an ST200. same engine so don't see it being different in ST24. The engine mods between the two aren't going make a difference I would expect.
