Technical Help please?

Went to start my car last night and immobiliser wouldn't disarm.

Looks like the car isn't recognising the transcoder key and its the only one I have.

Tried to get the key to recode today and it won't - has anyone got any suggestions before I send it to the dealer?

DenaceTheMenace dised out some good advice a few weeks ago to me about keys. Have a read here to see if it helps at all.
