mondeo service light

If I service my mondy myself(1999 2.0 ghia) does anyone know how I get the service dash lamp to go out - other than taking the bulb out??!!

Next to the little spanner is a picture of a box shaped like a house on its left side and in that is a small hole. Insert a pin or a stiff piece of wire until the light goes out.
