RS1600 Mk1 scam?

Has anyone seen the RS1600 Mk1 on ebay with a buy it now price of 4K? It was taken off after a day and the owner has contacted me to make arrangements to buy it.He has given the address and the car checks out with HPI, however its a "too good to be true feeling" I have had a load of stuff from "ebay" which I have copied to their spoof dept just wondered if anyone else was buying this as well!!!!!
