Thinking of changing my 987.2 2.9 Boxster for a Fiesta ST to boost practicality and “leave anywhere” feeling as I always feel the Boxster is a bit too attention seeking.

Am I crazy? It’d be a couple of grand plus the Boxster in p-ex for a 2020 ST so I’d get a pretty new, low mileage ST-3 with lots of kit, that I wouldn’t mind piling mileage on for work, but would still have some car enthusiast excitement about it.

Thoughts welcome, and no, I’m not trying this on the Porsche sub forum!

Don't think that you will get the leave anywhere feeling. Fast Fords, especially those with keyless entry are very popular with thieves.

Nope, not as far as my research tells me. 1.5 Dragon is a chain.

Oil pump is wet belt I think. Not seen the horror stories like with the 1.0 though.
