fiesta sills - can they be replaced?

I have a 1995 fiesta which is in very good nick apart from the nearside sill. Where the seam is (where the panels meet and the jacking points are) has started peeling apart, and rust is bubbling all over it (and particularly on the outside of the car) alongside it. The rust has gone all the way through in a few places.

I know most would think "get rid quick" and I did, but it has only done 50,000 miles and mechanically is superb and drives really well too, plus it is my wife's car and she is still building to 1 yrs no claims, so would like to keep it going until then at least.

Does anyone know if the sill could be repaired/replaced and how much it is likely to cost?

yes you can replace the sill or weld a patch over as for cost it can vary a lot
