Focus MK3 1.6 petrol

Today I am going to view a 2013 Ford Focus 1.6 petrol with 81k on the clock. Looks to be a nice car and I wondered what the common issues were ? I am aware of the electric PAS failing so made sure I found one with the hydraulic PAS instead.
