Picked up my C-Max

Waht a tool !! it's a 2.0 TDCI Zetec , bit of a step down on the equipment side of things compared to my Ghia focus 1.8 TDCI (54 plate) But ...
1. no traction control interfearing hooraah !!
2. roomier than a roomy thing with extra rooms on !
3. Goes like the clappers ! thought my focus was quick but this is something else , soo refined smooth and rapid
4. build quality is light years ahead of the mk1 focus , shut the doors and they go thud rather than twang !!
5.soooo comfy drove back from high wycombe , got out in Bridport with no aches what so ever (ok the focus was just as good but seating position is better in the cmax)
6. normal heater controls , bloody climate control was doing my head in , no need to look at what your doing , just grab the control and spin it round !
7.handling , thought it would loose some of the "focus magic" but it dosent , its more refined and still corners like its on rails , some steering feel has been lost but its marginal
Annoying things.
Lack of global close , even my mondeo LX had global on the front windows only ,but the shmax does not . thats about it !!!
Dont care what people say about it but its definatley a step forward for ford , shames a lot of the badge snobs favorites in so many ways , glad i picked it over a touran !!! who needs extra seats anyway , i just wanted the versatility !!
