Hiya ladies and Gents I wonder if anyone can help?

Would appear that MIL B-Max has been leaking water inside the car for a while (no one decided to inform me rolleyes )

It's only the passenger side floor that was soaked, initial thought it may of been scuttle drains being blocked but checked those and there fine and water flows through not a problem. Turned the heater on to dry out the floor a bit windscreen immediately goes misty and I hear the sounds of running water. Water it seems is flowing at quite the rate behind and out of the trim in the passenger footwell. Put a load of cat litter down to soak up the worst of it yesterday as carpet was soaked through.

Come back to it this morning and started to remove the trim in the passenger footwell to see what was going on:

The black pipe was totally disconnected and I thought oh may be a quick win here excellent and connected it back up....how wrong could I be.....

Below is a video of the water leak that I have put on Youtube, it seems to be leaking further up and pooling in the plastic trim under what I am assuming is water pipes.

Any ideas what the problem is, possible fix or how much it would cost to get looked at? the MIL needs the car to get around given its coming up to the colder months.

Car is a 2016 model

I know. It’ll be the air con drain blocked. It’s located above the exhaust heat shield. Had the same thing with our 2015 B Max. Took it to a Ford for diagnosis. I thought the heater matrix was goosed. They said the air con drain was was cracked and quoted £700 to change the £30 pipe. Had a look myself after putting the car on axle stands. Took the heat shield off and stuck some wire up the drain pipe. Pulled out a lump of black gunk and about a half litre of water drained out on the drive. It’s been fine since.

End up having to take it down to the garage we use. Basically couldn't get under the car and I wasn't going to risk it with a scissor jack.

Essentially they have said the same, Air Con drain blocked. Unblocked it and a load of water came out. Like Jamiem555 above I thought it may be the heater matrix, thankfully it wasn't.
