2018 Ford Connect, jammed heater direction controls

Hi, as title, This happened today. I can only get air to my feet at the mo. The control is seized solid. As far as I can see, it's all electric servo motors, no cables. Is a battery reset likely to fix this, or should I just accept that it's kaput and try another set of dash controls?
