Ford Ka 2013 model lights and slowing down

Hi all,
My ford ka has recently started with the following lights: flashing check engine, generic failure light and the stop/start one. This happens at high speed and after a while of driving, when these come on i have to stop the car as acceleration slows down and stops completely. The engine makes a struggling stuttering sound. When i restart the car there is no issue in the sound of the engine, or the ignition. I have had my timing belt changed first before these issues, then the exhaust, coil packs, spark plugs and plug leads all changed and not made a difference. This is usually when i go above 60mph on the motorway for an extended period of time.
Would anyone know the potential cause of this?
