Mondeo Infotainment - Both Sync 3

Does anyone know of the difference between these two styles of Infotainment in a 66 plate Mondeo? Apparently they're both Sync 3, but it looks like one is Sony and the other is something else. Are they both functionally identical, or is one better than the other? Thanks

They are both functionally the same, if it says "Sony" then it has the upgraded Sony soundsystem with the software altered to match the speakers.

Sync 3 is functionally identical in all Ford vehicles.
