I have a 2012 Ford Galaxy titanium. Nice machine with plenty of space and drives like a car.

One thing has been puzzling me a while. My brother has one as well and his has a "well" in the boot floor which gives a good bit more storage space. Mine just has a non removable floor.
Something is under there but I don't know what....
It's not a spare wheel as there's no access above or below and I have one of those goo kits.

Any one know?

I don't know but some cars have different exhaust configurations that can limit well storage.

Like many cars with a raise floor its most likely a big void

It can vary depending on exhausts as mentioned. For example Clio 172s had a tyre well and spare in there. The 182 had the visible twin pipes and a flat floor and no space for a spare.

Definitely no way to move the floor in any way?

laugh I am tempted.

Never really thought of exhaust though the two cars have same engine. Only difference is his is a couple of years newer and different trim spec but same model.

I've not found a way yet to remove it without tearing the interior down and I don't want to know that desperately.

Does it look from underneath like there should be a space up there?

Does your Titanuim model have rear aircon whilst your brother’s car does not?
I think the under boot storage is taken up with the rear aircon on higher trim levels.

Ohh you might be right, getmecoat
There is an aircon looking pipe going into it. Now I need to Google that as the aircon isn't that wonderful.

Lord Lucan, you know, Shergar's owner and close friend of Emilia Earhart.
