Mondeos are far rarer than BMWs, but this looks good enough to bring many people back to the Ford/Mondeo fold.
The previous model seemed a bit slab sided, and frumpy, with a big distance between the top of the front wheel arches, and top of the front wing. (A classic frump mobile feature) but this seems to be a step in the right direction.
One of the best looking of any Fords, or any mass produced car IMO, was the model which preceded the one `this' car is replacing.

I said they don't build Mondeos any more. Given OP is apparently in the UK, that was valid. I didn't question anybody's sanity, amd I'm not embarrassed.
