Advice for buying a used car

I’m looking at a 2017 Ford Fiesta st mk7 it looks in really good nick etc. but further digging I’ve found out it’s had 5 previous owners and had 0 miles on it until a service September 2020 where it had 15000 miles on it. Just looking for general advice as to whether this is a big red flag
