Service intervals

I’m trying to find the service intervals of my Fiesta ST-line.

I’ve looked on my Ford account where you’d think it would be but I can’t find it.

It was first reg Sept 20 and I bought it in March 21.

I think I read it was 2 years but I’ve just had a card from the dealer saying it needs a service (presumably 1 year after I bought it) although I seriously doubt if it was serviced when I bought it as the mileage was less than 2k.

btw mileage is now 12.5k.

Does it need serviced? Should I have had it serviced when it was a year old? or is it okay till Sept?

The Ford website doesn’t make it easy to find anything.

2 years or 18k judging by this, but check the oil life sensor in the trip computer and it'll be due a service when it hits 15%. The sensor will take into account the amount of cold starts etc.
