Ford Fiesta MK6. Brake imbalance

Sorry if this is a obvious answer but took my fiesta for a MOT and it failed on the handbrake but don’t really get how to read it.The car sat for a year so knew it would fail I just don’t know what the minimum requirement is or which side would need to be adjusted or replaced

Left 102KGF
Right 99KGF
Imb 3%
