Ford 289 HiPo V8 (1960s) needed. Anyone able to help?

Hey people of the Ford world, I’m in a pickle.
I was supposed to have a 289 V8 built for me however after many delays and nothing to show for it I’m likely going to have to start from scratch.
I’m needing a Ford 289 HiPo Cobra V8 built for me,
Ideally shooting for 300+hp and even better if it was as close to 1967 as possible as it is going into a 67’ Trident Clipper which I am restoring. I’d be looking to pair it with a 5 speed like a Tremec T5 too.
Anyone have any ideas where I could source an engine and any recommendations on who might be able to build one for me?
