Looks like the last time the V5 was updated was October last year, although judging by the fails on the last 2 MOT in 2019 & 2020 it looks like it's had an interesting ownership during that period.
1 or 2 tyres with tread so low that cord is exposed in '20 & '19's fails would suggest it's been running full decat / dodgy map / slammed suspension. And that's before you get to the mileage discrepancy - although i guess that could be a clock change?

Wow that 2019 fail sket was quite a list!! It had a decat on it when I sold it and was running Stage 2 but badly as you say ! Would intermittently drop boost... But suspension was standard at the time... Sounds like its been hanging off since 🤣🤣1 or 2 tyres with tread so low that cord is exposed in '20 & '19's fails would suggest it's been running full decat / dodgy map / slammed suspension.
