I've got a sportka and to be fair the brakes are shite! has anyone done a brake swap on their ka/fiesta? Any advice?

why do you say the brakes are $hite?

is it the level of retardation, or the feel of the pedal?

the feel is fine, it's the actual stopping power

i'd do nothing more than swap the pads for something a little softer to give a tad more bite.

To get bigger discs on the sport Ka, you'll need bigger wheels and thats going to upset the handling.

You coult well spend 500 quid + and still not get the feel your after.

And that doesn't include any warranty voiding implications

Well the brakes on the sportka are standard ka items but the wheels are 16" with LOADS of room for the swap.
Still, i'll try diferent pads first. cheers dude.
