Focus ST Line X Estate - Any owners here?
Discussion
Test drove one today , really liked it but still undecided..
Any owners on here? It’s the 2.0 diesel 8-speed auto and found the engine and box more than adequate. Would be keen to hear from anyone who has run one for a while, what do you think of it?
It ticks so many boxes for me, the looks are not the greatest but it’s different!

Got an Active X 2litre estate with manual box. Had its first service the other week with a smidge over 18k only thing that surprised me was they stated my rear pads were at 50%. My old Passat with 60 odd went back with all original brakes.
Some trim bits are a bit cheap but I've experienced the same with more prestige brands. I didn't like the Hancock tyres as easily lost grip in wet now on Michelins.
To be honest it's the perfect alrounder for me, I use all the driving modes even slippery when its cold or extremely wet, has plenty of power/torque, averaging 55 to 60mpg, space is good, you can use waze on the radio or transfer its data (hazard warnings) into their own navigation / maps and will alert you even when a route wasnt planned. If I could re-order I would definitely go the the Vignale Active X, probably keep the contactless charger but also go for a rear cam as I'm not fond of the sensors and mirrors dont help much.
