Hi I have tried Burton power and a few other online parts people, would anyone know where I could buy a plastic screw in t piece that goes from the gauge and screws into the manifold? Unfortunatly I dont have a parts book so I dont know the correct name for this part nor do I have the part to photograph and show you.

Thank you

Rod.

In that case I think the car must have a modification as it’s defiantly a T piece ( one half of the T is missing) rather than a 90 degree.

I found what was left in the photo below

I’ve just had a look and I can’t find any online myself.

It could have been a t piece one been butchered though.

I’ll have a look see if I have any in a toolbox.

Is this the one that goes at the back of the manifold by the bulkhead? If so that should be a 90 degree one.

Mine has a split thread, it holds in ok but been on the look out for another for ages with no luck.

On our car the t piece was fitted in the side of the manifold - like i mentioned before im not sure if its been modified at some point as no one seems to recognise the set up on this car?

I'll get some pictures of mine in a bit (standard car), maybe yours had an external boost gauge fitted at some point using that T piece.

Here you go, front of manifold and back vacuum fittings (small turbo car but I think the large turbo was the same)

You can get a brass set off Ebay as a replacement if your struggling to find one, i changed one on my Sapphire from a 90 degree one to inline.

they come with two 90' degree bends and two straight ones in the kit and they fit spot on. smile
