Ford focus st stage 2 remap

Hi I'm new on here thinking of getting mk 2 focus st stage 2 remapped been mapped before not by me and it's making 252bhp its got de cat and induction kit the map company panache tuning say anywhere up to 290 id be happy with 280 the map itself is £200 Is it worth bothering hope someone can advise

personally dont think its worth bothering getting another map unless you have current issues with your map or you have added other boltons for the map.

Anyone can throw figures around but chanses are, you might just pay for another map to get exactly the same power band you have now.

Buy a handheld device with various maps on it, you can pick and choose your maps then. I personally have a Dreamscience Imap, running Race + together with block mod, RS clutch and flywheel, RS plugs, sports cat and de-res, seems to run great and still returns 35mpg on a run.
