Buying a Mk 3 Focus ST.

I'm currently keeping my eye out for a face-lift car, probably ST2 as I prefer the seats but not a deal breaker, think I'd also prefer 18 inch wheels.
Any things to look out for on these?
Prices seem firm especially from the dealers.
Budget is max £13500.

I’ve noticed they really hold their value. Or dealers are tight. When I bought my Zetec S 182 Focus even the earliest ST was around £12k. They’ve hardly even dipped under £10k three years later.
