High Level Break Light Always On (MK7.5 ST)

Hi all!
Just replaced my two rear break light bulbs with the AB LED rear lights on my 2014 Fiesta ST
Immediately after doing this, my high level break light now stays on when my parking lights/main beam are on, and i can’t for the life of me find why it would all of a sudden be doing this. Has anyone got any suggestions for me to try? I haven’t tried putting the original bulbs back yet as the weather wasn’t great to begin with but needed to be done (as the police had pulled me for two rear break lights out) and I usually do everything myself because, changing a bulb is a pretty simple task.
Pressing and depressing the break pedal makes no change, but the other two break lights operate fine in this case. Unplugging both lights then makes the high level light go off, but I’ve tried plugging both in independently of each other and both make that high level light come on.
If anyone could shed a little bit of light on this so I can go digging, that would be fantastic, TIA
