Cosworth Sierra 3 door only £22k?
Discussion
Is this for real? As RHD cars are around £35-40k at least, would being LHD make this much difference to the value? It's been on this site for a few weeks so it hasn't flown away.

Just seems way too cheap at first glance. TBH LHD does not worry me one bit as I've owned loads of American cars and prefer LHD to RHD on a car now.
Cheers.

I am fairly sure all standard cars had a sunroof, regardless of LH or RH drive, so i would assume it has been re-shelled ?
Both of the ones i have had came with a sunroof. Although one of them was back in the day and i am not 100% sure that wasn't a good ringer
at the time, although it's no longer about anyway

Just check the car and chassis numberseverything carefully.
Corrected that for you.In all seriousness - I know a fair bit about these things but not so much about sunroof-less LHD cars (I owned an RHD one as a daily for some considerable time). The first thing I noticed with this one is that there's no side trim-line/rubbing strip, and the rear wing should have a black trailing edge. So expect a full repaint, and question why.
LHD in the UK is no issue, but maybe it will have insurance implications, on top of the fact it's a 3-door. Is it easy enough to get these things to run on unleaded without having to fiddle about with additives these days?
Thanks folks I think I could get out of my depth very quickly without expert knowledge of this model.
I dare say converting it to RHD would still mean it would be worth less than an original car.
Not that its value is the be all and end all of it. One for the experts to look at I reckon.

Probably a motorsport she’ll if no sunroof, meaning it’s either been hit hard in its life and reseller or it’s built up out of god knows what car or cars!
If it doesn’t have history and matching numbers walk a mile.
I believe motorsport shells came without numbers, so if it’s got numbers check very carefully.
Lhd cosworths struggle to sell in the UK, so it’s not worth much more than a parts car imo.
