Hi guys,

I purchased a 2011 ecoboost Smax yesterday.

It was not a deal breaker, but I was surprised to see the Titanium X trim without heated seats. Was this optional back then?

Also huge oversight from Ford, If you have two crazy children like mine. It would have been useful to fold over the middle seat and turn it into a cup holder storage thingy.

Other than that. Cracking car, real turn of pace.

I had the same engine in a ST estate some years ago. This version seems slightly more economical. Albeit a heavier car?

Wife wa so taken by the Smax, the ploy of me getting my hands back on the M140i as my daily again has worked.

She has the Smax and I get the M140i back.

I`d be interested what economy you get, they`re on my radar to replace my Volvo at some point.

Motorway was around 34-38mpg. Locally don't see to bad.... Will know better end of week.

The ST engine is well suited to the car.

Bum warmers were only ever an option on the 2006-2014 Smax

But if it makes you feel any better, the ones in mine work a treat laugh
