Good photos. smile
I checked DVLA for the RS200 and there is no record of the white G reg. There is for the red F reg but curiously it states that it is white. Was last taxed in June 1991.

They may well have personalised registrations on and sat in static collections. Last RS200 I saw on the road was end of the day after Stanford Hall AVO show in the late 80's on M1.
Nice pics and thanks for sharing, I think I may some some pics of RS200 from the show, must have a dig for them.

Yes that's right and could apply to the one that shows no record, but not to the one that does.
That's usually the way it works.

Good point! What happens when a UK car registered in UK gets sold and goes overseas?

F938 MJN, the red RS200, was mine, in use regularly (and for 48,000 miles) as a road car from late 1988 to early 1991, on Ford Motorsport business.

Both the car and the registration number were absolutely genuine.

It was white as built, and registered by Ford, but re-sprayed in Ferrari Rosso Red before delivery to me.

Damn, I've been unmasked - Graham Robson it is.

Incidentally, currently I am finalising a big book about the entire RS200 project

I will be shouting loudest of all to finally kill the myth that RS200s were build by Reliant. WRONG ! An ex-Reliant factory, yes, quite a number of ex-Reliant mechanics building the cars, yes, BUT management by Ford, yes too ....

.It will be published by Herridge and Sons in about a year's time.
