Ford fiesta 1.4 TDCI Coolant leak

Hi i have been having problems with my ford fiesta 2007 1.4 tdci
when driving the car certain distance as the temperature rises to normal the coolant will start to leak through the lid we have tried many things on the car to fix this such as;
. thermostat replacement
. new waterpump
. new coolant tank cap
. flushing radiator
and a few more things which has not made a difference
aswell as the leaking from the tank, it hisses when when reached a certain heat and also can see steam coming from the cap aswell, the heating works when driving, the inside of the car sometime fogs up
I would really appreciate any suggestions on ways to fix this since the only possibilities we can think of now are major like head gasket or crack in teh block but with the amount of coolant i am buying this needs to be fixed
