Suspension clunk

Hello ppl
Ford fiesta mk7 had the brake pads changed a week ago by local garage. The mechanic couldn't get the wheels off locking wheel nut was to tight so he had to hammer it in and I had to get a new set of lockng wheel nuts

Since this only when turning on to a speed bump or any dip my car makes a clunk noise its either coming from front driver side or middle of vehicle. Went kwik kit they couldn't find anything. Any ideas
