Escort Flight - Worth Scrapping?

Hi,

I have a 2001 x-reg Escort Flight 1.6 petrol in black with around 80k on the clock so nothing special I guess. It had good tyres and was in great condition when it was last used but that was around ten years ago and there is now some rust on the rear wheel arches and a bit of a hole in the boot area. I don’t need the car for myself and it’s just in the way now. Several people have expressed an interest in it for whatever reason (probably scrap) but should I scrap it or would it be worth selling to someone for either parts or to at least get it back on the road? I’d even prefer to give it away than see it scrapped.
