Mk 8 Fiesta LED headlights

I've recently bought an ex demo Mk 8 Vignale, which I'm very pleased with. However, having two other cars with LED headlights, I find the projector style lights poor and yellow!

Has anyone upgraded their headlights(not just the bulbs) to a full replacement. If so, was it a straight forward change, as I'm thinking of changing the whole unit.

If anyone has just upgraded the bulbs, were there any problems with canbus error warnings?
