Latest Fiesta (2016 onwards) - Powershift or trad auto ?

Hi

Are auto versions of the latest Fiesta traditional torque converter or the old (often problematic) semi auto 'powershift' ?

They seem to all be advertised as 'auto' and not 'powershift' ?

As far as I know, currently there are no Fiesta's that come with Fords 6 speed torque converter auto. My 2016 Focus Titanium X 1.5T 182 has it which is why I bought it after doing a lot of research. If auto was an option on the more powerful Fiesta's (125hp+) I guess it would have the trad auto as the PS box is a disaster.

I drove a brand new 1.0 Ecoboost Fiesta as a courtesy car back in 2017. It felt like a Power shift and had manual gear changes. It was pretty quick as it had 6 gears. I know with the Mondeo of around that time they would have "powershift" stamped on the gear leaver but I can't remember if this carried over to the Fiesta.

Aren't there a few different variations of the "powershift" gearbox? I'm sure some have a wet clutch and some have a dry clutch, with the latter being the problematic one.
