Ford Focus cutting out

Have a 55 plate focus 1.6 petrol. Cut out a few weeks ago and showed p2300 code. Changed coil pack and car ran fine. After a week same issue, same code. Changed coil pack, ht leads and spark plugs. Again ran for a while then cut out with same code. If I unplug coil pack and leave it a few minutes then plug it back in the car runs but will cut out after a few hours or days. I’m at a loss as to what the problem could be. Does anyone have any info or had a similar issue?

Wiring to coil is prone to fault & will result in intermittent issues especially when you are digging in about it, this may explains why all has been OK for a period after working on it. I would get the multimeter out & check the relevant wiring.
