How to fit Zetec S Side Skirts onto a Standard Mk5 Fiesta

so I'm in the process of converting my standard 1.3 fiesta mk5 into a zetec s look, alloys on, next step is to spray up the side skirts and fit them on, I was told self tapping screws...i also heard of tiger seal to glue them on for good?

whats the best way to fit these onto my car ? side skirts are in excellent condition and clearly been removed off the old car very carefully as all holes etc are intact, however no instructions on how to fit them
