Focus st 225 service

The time has come to service my focus st 225. There's a few different products out there so have couple questions on the matter.

1. Is it worth getting rs spark plugs or are the st and rs plugs roughly the same?

2. Ford recommends 5w 30 oil but alot of service kits come with 0w 40 oil is there any difference

3. Lastly is there anything else apart from the normal oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, oil and plugs that I should look at or do?

Im guessing youve already serviced the car by now but if not I can answer these questions, or if anyone else wants to know

RS spark plugs are supposed to be a worth while upgrade. My Ford dealer couldn't see them listed separately to the standard ST ones but online retailers have them.
