Newbie V6 BOB Wiring questions

Hi guys, Newbie here where it comes to these BOB engines, I know i havent gone down the easiest route possible and that a BOA Engine or atleast ECU would be better but im stuck with what i have now so here goes..

Ive got a BOB in my Capri now, its sat there with a lot of the wiring connected but i have some questions,

1. I wanna run it on Manual and not Auto and ive heard that that the Autobox runs the Inlet manifold? sending signals?

Well its mounted to an RX8 gearbox right now so can i not duplicate these signals? Or trick the engine somehow? I really do not want to have to spend anymore chas, I have everything to run the BOB engine, all wiring, Fob, ignition ring, keys transponder, Pats system everything!!

2, Some of the wiring doesnt seem to match up, For instance the OBD port wires dont appear to match anything coming out the loom i have, And neither do the Lambda sensor wires.

My main issue here at the moment tho is how to get around these Autobox signals, considering the age of these vehicles now surely someone out there has done it? I look forward to reading any responses, Thanks

Top Boss Tuning in Derby seems to be the guru for these engines and has done many a conversion from auto to manual and twin turboing the same engine.
