FIESTA 1.6 POWERSHIFT 2014 .

I am new to this forum here i go .. I own a 2014 fiesta power shift 1.6 model zetec. I am thinking about remapping it has anybody done this already , does anyone know the limits of the gearbox etc etc , thanks in advance

I honestly don't think you'll get much more out of a 1.6. If it's the 120bhp model then I think you're looking at about 10bhp max. Can't imagine you will be pushing the limits of the gearbox.

I'm test driving a focus 2014 1.6 tomorrow. It has a 6 speed auto dps6 shift. I've heard dodgy things about these. Have you had any issues?

I have had no problems at all it was early power shifts before 2013 it has been fixed , it has a proper earth bolt 3 tear drops on it 010 number as well there is also a gearbox update//reflash available just ask if it has been done , you can disconnect the battery then drive again it is a adaptive gearbox so if you drive slowly it learns that kind of map so it could shudder when asked for quicker acceleration we are talking no real delay it is because I know what to feel for having driven a car with the problem
