Duratec vct rwd to flywheel

Fitting a duratec in a manta trying to get the steel flywheel on and the vct sensor blocks it has anyone got and ideas to sort it. i could do a vct delete and uprate cams but what eles can i do? Sureley someone has come across the same thing.
