Headlights and wipers no longer working on Ford Mondeo

Just got my 08 Mondeo back from a service. They changed the horn. The headlights no longer work and the windscreen wiper stalk controls have been switched. Rear operates front and front operates rear.

Anyone experienced this before or know what could have caused it, car was fine prior to servicing?

They swapped the wiper and horn relays and did not connect the wiper relay correctly.
