Front bumper help!!!!!

Hi There.

Can anyone recommend a good body shop around the southampton area. The front bumper on my 13 plate fiesta has been cracked in various places after i slide and hit a lamp post in the snow.
Luckily no other damage other than front plastic bumper.
I could go to a ford garage for a quote but wondered if there was any where else i could also try.

A body shop might not be the best place to repair a plastic bumper as plastic welding is quite specialized repair and often fails afterwards too.

Try looking online for a second-hand bumper,possibly in the correct colour and if you are not able to replace it yourself,a local garage will.

EBay,unsurprisingly has many results for front bumper 2013 in many colours or primer.

I walked into my local car scrapping / dismantling place, and walked out with a correct colour bumper for my 2006 focus. (granted, a tiny bit scratched, but not wrapped around a fence post scratched!)
