Replacement rear shocks for Mk4 Estate?
Discussion
My Mk4 2.0 Tdci Edge Estate is now on 105K miles. For the past year or so the rear has felt a bit less composed than previously, although it isn't at MOT fail level yet.
Although it appears to stay level and handle well when fully loaded, it has apparently (according to ETIS) not got self levelling dampers. I will check this, though.
Bilstein would be good, but probably more likely something like Monroe.
Any suggestions for decent, but low price( the car might not last much longer) dampers?
I will fit them DIY.
