Ford Performance Parts
Discussion
They were only launched on 1st December but should be available to order from Ford Stores now.
There was a "green top" aftersales bulletin released by Ford on Friday that I printed off, it contains all the part numbers and prices and most items were available to order "immediately". If you have a Ford Store locally, speak to the parts department.

Interested to know how / if this affects the relationship with Mountune.
I don't think it will really, the majority of the parts are rebranded Roush and Borla items for Mustangs. The Fiesta and Focus parts are exhausts, wheels, brakes, suspension, gearknobs and decals; all of which would complement the Mountune performance upgrades. Obviously Mountune offer big brake kits and suspension parts too, but aren't "warranty friendly", so the Ford Performance items just offer the ability to go a bit more "modified" whilst keeping the base warranty intact. It's a great idea I think.Hendy Performance offer loads of Ford parts and will fit any of it.

I called my local uk ford parts department and they had no idea about this. I can find nothing online reference part numbers.
If someone can post any details of parts and part numbers I would really appreciate it.
Especially :
- Borla Ford Performance Cat back
- Ford Performance Suspension lowering kit
All online info i see seems to be USA only still.

There are 4 exhaust options; 2x road (EC approved) and 2x "race", basically there's a chrome or black tipped option for both. I've fitted the "race" version a couple of times and it's very loud, definitely the version I'd go for
FINIS codes are:
2216649 - Cat back road (chrome tips)
£1724.40
2216647 - Cat back road (black tips)
£1750.80
2216686 - Cat back race (chrome tips)
£1590.00
2216684 - Cat back race (black tips)
£1750.80
As for the coilovers:
2217063 - Performance coilovers
£2089.20
Prices include VAT but are plus fitting.
Exhausts are available now, coilovers are available to order in January. It's not unusual for parts personnel to be clueless about this stuff.

Thank you! Yes Mustang V8 I have
Good choice! I'd recommend a Borla exhaust to any Mustang owner. They assemble and slip on hassle free, are great quality and sound the dog's! Other items for your car are coil covers with Ford Performance logos for the engine bay, red starter button, carbon fibre gearknob, and brake upgrade from memory...Oh and Roush produced 690bhp supercharger conversion! There are a couple of other tuning options too.
