Fiesta MK7 coils/springs -advice pls

Hi all,
Just looking for a bit of advice. The Mrs has an 11 plate Fiesta 1.4 Diesel as her run about and recently put it into our local 'Essex Ford' Garage for an MOT & full service. All went through but they managed to find quite a few 'faults' and the main one worrying her is, the rear coils are apparently corroded and need replacing. Now they have quoted over £380 for this which I think is a bit steep but having had a proper look myself they don't actually seem that bad. It passed the MOT and has been placed down as an advisory although I'm tempted to leave them as they are, due to the 'corrosion' being extremely minor in my opinion. I've attached a few images, if anyone could have a quick butchers and let me know their opinion, I'd be most grateful! Personally, it may be a case of 'Frauds' (Ford) pulling her leg to try and get as much money as they can.
