Does anyone know of a parts diagram for the 1.0 ecoboost engine? Something like realoem for BMW would be perfect but I can't find one.
Thanks

Part of the cooling system, there's a pipe that runs from the expansion tank to the block across the turbo, I want to see how the fitting that the pipe clips to is attached to the block, the pipe has gone brittle and fallen apart after only 4 years and the replacement is on backorder so I'm looking for a solution.
Thanks

It's called the de-gas hose and is a very common failure (there was a recall issued to replace it, the brittle plastic is replaced by rubber). It's only used on the Focus and C-max variants though, the Fiesta, B-max and EcoSport models use a different setup. The fitting on the end is pretty much the same as how it attaches to the header tank.

It's definitely common, according to ford there are 31 other people waiting for the same pipe! I've got the pipe off, I'm trying to work out how the fitting at the block end that it attaches to comes off the block, I've removed 1 bolt from it and the fitting will rotate slightly but won't pull off, I don't want to yank it off and damage it.

Had a look on Etis and there are no removal instructions for that fitting, which in all probability means it only comes with a short motor.
