Advice on what I should do.

Hi folks new member here, looking for some advice.
I currently have a VW Passat 2.0 tfsi sport which as much as I love, comfortable, quickish for a big car, but it's time to let it go.
What I'm really looking for is a 2014 ish Ford mondeo titanium, petrol 238 bhp auto, between 20k and 30k miles which I don't think is an unreasonable aim. Which will give similar performance to my current car. Problem is there just don't seem to be any to be had. Where are they???
The second choice would be the insignia SRI again none to be had.
So my third choice is a Ford Focus ST2 eco boost, now I've seen a very nice one its 1 year old, has just over 7k miles on the clock, and is priced at what seems to me to be a very cheap £16,500. Is the price too good to be true, is there anything I should be looking out for, that may be wrong with it. Test driving it tonight.
