Could I as what sort of figure you negotiated off? PM if you prefer. Im thinking of getting into one and cant decide if I should order or just pick up a one owner low miles or pre reg.
There are no discounts on a new RS, you pay full retail price even going through a broker.Regarding buying one....it depends on whether you want to order and wait, or pay a premium to get an already registered one - usually 2 - 3 thousand from what I've seen.

ETA: RS direct are advertising pre reg ones for 1600 off. Madness to pay over list, they are hardly hard to find especially if you want a blue one.

not my experience from phoning around. Theres deals to be had on cancelled orders/cars due in. Talking a good few hundred off.

The market must have changed then because there was definitely a premium to pay for registered cars only a few months ago.ETA: RS direct are advertising pre reg ones for 1600 off. Madness to pay over list, they are hardly hard to find especially if you want a blue one.
That's good news then....no point in waiting for a factory order if that's the case.

Nitrous blue, all options except sunroof & seats.
cost 33189 GBP
The current list price for your car with all options except sunroof and shell seats comes to £35195, although yours will probably have been ordered at previous pre increase price.cost 33189 GBP
Options alone add up to £3430.
As stated above if being built today its very unlikely you will get it as soon as next week. 2 full weeks is the earliest you should expect, but usually takes a bit longer than this.

As said you wont wait 12 months, more like 6-7 months now as production ramped up. I also just had confirmation about mine being in Dagenham. However I only found this out today when I rang Guildford!!
Also, there's a quality issue on the rear spoilers, so no movement beyond Dagenham until this has been resolved. I don't know anymore until next week. So if you've ordered one and its at Dagenham waiting for the delivery then the wait may be longer than 1-2 weeks.
If anyone can sched more light, would be useful to know.
Btw - anyone got better than 5.9% APR onnford options?
